Roasted Asparagus and Prosciutto Bundles (GF)

Asparagus with mustard and prosciutto

Ingredients:

1 bu. asparagus

8 sl. Prosciutto

2 Tbl. Grain mustard

1 Tbl. Olive oil

2 tsp. Veg-geez Louise seasoning

Preparation:

    Cut 1" off the bottom of the asparagus and divide into 4 equal piles. Mix together

    mustard, oil, lemon juice, and seasoning in a small bowl, rub over all asparagus. Wrap each pile with two pieces of the prosciutto. Place on a piece of foil and cover over to form a pouch. Roast asparagus in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
