Taco Dip
Everyone wants to bring that perfect dip to a party. You know the one..."oh my goodness this is so delicious, I need that recipe!". Well here it is. This one is sure to please the crowd. And don't forget you can always sub out meat for cauliflower or any of your favorite veggies.

Ingredients:
1oz package 'El Gringo Loco Taco Seasoning'
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1lb ground beef
16 oz salsa
Small can sliced olives
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. In a medium bowl mix taco seasoning and cream cheese together.
Spread on bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. In a skillet cook ground beef until browned. Take off heat and mix in salsa.
Pour over cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheddar over top, followed by tomatoes, olives and scallions. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling on sides. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
