Traeger Grill Nachos
I know we all know how to make nachos but sometimes you need to be reminded that you can do it at home. They are simple, easy to make and NEVER disappoint.
First you need to get all your fixin's. We chose:
Ingredients:
1 can Black Beans
1 ea. Ripe tomato, diced
1 ea. Red Onion, diced
1# Ground Beef
2 ea. Jalapenos
1 can Black Olives (small can)
1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
10oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese (obviously)
1 bag Tortilla Chips
Preparation:
Heat your Traeger grill up to 375 degrees while you are prepping the nachos.
Saute your ground beef with a GENEROUS amount of Suave Agave while it is browning. When we say generous we mean generous, 2 Tablespoons to start. Once it's done set it to the side.
Lightly spray a sheet pan with some sort of non stick spray. Whatever you prefer. Pour your favorite tortilla chips all over it. Don't forget to spread them out so the cheese spreads evenly over all the chips. VERY IMPORTANT! Next layer with cheese but make sure to save a little for the end. Next spread the meat evenly over the chips then the rest of your toppings one by one, leaving the tomato and lettuce for the very end when it comes off the grill. Spread the last bit of cheese over all the layers to seal everything on.
Put the nachos on the grill for 15-20 mins depending on how crispy you like them. I would suggest checking on them at 15 minutes just to make sure they are still ok.
Take them all the grill. Top with lettuce and tomato. Throw some sour cream, salsa and guacamole on the side and you are good to go!
