Grocery List
1 pkg. Stir Fry Seasoning
2 Tbl. Cooking oil
1/2 cup Water
4 cups Mixed cut vegetables
1 lb. Sliced chicken, beef, etc.
Flavor Notes
Salty and tangy. Enjoy the bold flavor of tamari (gluten-free), and the addictively tart kick of Gochugaru chilies. A little sweetness of brown sugar balances out the blend.
1. Mix water and the contents of the seasoning packet together in a small bowl, set aside to marinate.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable or cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sliced meats (if using) and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add vegetables to the pan, and cook them for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Stir in the seasoning sauce mixture, add meat back to the pan, then toss to combine and serve.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings
